Our customers agree—the best way to shop for spa is to touch, feel, and experience the spa first hand. That is why we would like to invite you to visit our showroom located in Melville to get a first-hand look at the latest Bullfrog Spa models.

Schedule an appointment to meet with one of our designers and Bullfrog Spa experts who will be able to answer any questions you may have about your hot tub. We have many spa models on site, wet and dry, so you can really get a feel for what your spa will be like. Don’t be shy, bring your swimsuit! We have changing facilities right in our showroom. We also have several JetPak models available so you can see just how they will work in your Bullfrog Spa. We have tons of spa accessories available at our showroom, including essential spa chemicals, thermometers, and spa toys.

We are here to help you learn all there is to know about choosing and owning a new Bullfrog Spa, but we want to do more than that. We bring over thirty years of design experience to the table, and we want to share it with you. During your visit to our showroom, one of our highly experienced designers can help you decide if you want your Bullfrog Spa to be the only addition to your yard, or if you would like to add beyond that. Our designer will have a portfolio of previously completed projects for you to browse through. This will help us understand what direction you would like your project to go in.

We can draw a plan using AutoCAD based on a survey of your home, or use our incredible 3D Simulation software to show you a 3D rendering of exactly how your spa will look in your yard.

Can’t make it down to us? Don’t worry, we’ll come to you. We offer at-home consultations, where one of our experts will come meet you at your home during the day or evening. This way, we can get a real feel for the space that the spa will be going in, and we can help you make all of the important decisions, from what model is right for you to where it should be located. We can also do consultations by phone, or with “Go to Meeting,” a web conferencing program.
